At PowerVision Robot, Inc. (“PowerVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is important to us and we take protecting it very seriously. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with our websites, Vision+ software application, drone products, and email messages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide Us
When you sign up to receive a newsletter, create an account, place an order through the Services, register your drone with the mobile app, or contact us through our online support forum, we collect information from you such as:
• Name
• Postal address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Drone flight path information, including:
o Start and end date and time of your flight
o Location (longitude and latitude) of your flight
o Path of your drone in flight
o Height and speed of drone in flight
We use a third party payment service to process payments made through the Services. If you make a payment through the Services, your payment information is collected by this third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Information We Collect From Your Use of the Services
We and our third party service providers may collect information from you as you use our Services, including:
• Through your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services you are using. We use this information to help ensure that the Services function properly.
• Through your use of the drone product: When you register your drone, we collect the unique identifier of the drone and use this information to help provide support and track issues related to the provision of the Services.
• Through your use of the App: When you download and use the App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App.
• Using cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data. We and our service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, to personalize your experience while using the Services, and to recognize your computer in order to assist your use of the Services. We also gather statistical information about use of the Services in order to continually improve their design and functionality, understand how they are used and assist us with resolving questions regarding them. Cookies further allow us to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are on the Services. We may also use cookies or other technologies to track responses to our online advertisements. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site. • Using pixel tags and other similar technologies: Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some Services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success or our marketing campaigns and compiled statistics about usage of the Services and response rates. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources. • IP Address: Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. Collecting IP addresses is standard practices and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, diagnosing server problems, and administering the Services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
• By aggregating information: Aggregated information does not identify you or any other user of the Services (for example, we may aggregate information to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular telephone area code).

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect:
• To operate, maintain, enhance and provide features of the Services, to verify and manage user accounts, to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions, and otherwise to provide support to users.

We do not disclose the information that we collect through the Services to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission to do so.
We may use and disclose information that does not identify or otherwise relate to an individual for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.

FLIGHT PATH INFORMATION
We collect flight path information only when you choose to submit it in connection with a support request. In all other cases, flight path information is stored locally on your drone. When we receive your flight path information, we use it only to respond to your support request, analyze usage trends, and improve the flight technology of our Services.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

SECURITY
We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and thus we cannot and do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or organizational safeguards.

YOUR CHOICES AND ACCESS
From time to time, we send marketing e-mail messages to our users. If you no longer want to receive such emails from us on a going forward basis, you may opt-out via the “unsubscribe” link provided in each such email.

RETENTION PERIOD
We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that they not provide personal information through the Services.

CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
PowerVision Services connect to servers hosted in the United States and China. Please note that we may be transferring your information outside of your region for storage and processing. By using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services. Your use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
